My Approach

I like to practice using an ecollectic approach in therapy. What this means in practice is that I work with multiple modalities, as I feel there is not one size that fits all. This benefits clients on an individual basis. My practice may include cognitive behavioural therapy, psychoanalysis, strength based practice, solution focused therapy and as a foundation to my practice is person centered therapy.

At times I like to incorporate creative techniques into therapy, which can include: Drawing, clay work, sand play, and symbol work.

I practice with a holistic approach exploring physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing, to discover ways to help you achieve a better outcome.

Keeping our youth safe is something I feel passionate about. This year I have supported, The Streetsmart initiative which aims to educate our youth on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, depression, health, bullying and social behaviour in the community.
This program is fully supported by Neighbourhood Watch Australasia who work closely with Police and the local community with a goal of bringing people together to create a safe, connected and inclusive community.
